Our ice cream is simple: Cream and Milk, Sugar, Egg Yolks, Guar Gum and Carob Bean Gum. To this base, we add the purest and freshest natural and organic ingredients available. Why the guar and carob bean gum, you ask? Gums are used to keep the ice cream from getting icy (by not letting water form ice crystals) as it travels from our factory to the grocery store and from the grocery store to your home freezer. And don't worry, it's still a natural ingredient as both gums are ground from seeds of trees grown in Asia.

- Batch Churned Each batch is created with our proprietary flavors and then churned one batch at a time resulting in the rich and flavorful taste.
- Vat Pasteurization The ice cream mix is vat pasteurized creating a homemade taste and texture.
- Farm Fresh Dairy The growth hormone free milk and cream come from local farms located within a 40 mile radius of the factory.
