Our sorbets are pure and simple, and 100% dairy free:
- Fruit
- Sugar
- Filtered Water
- Natural Gum (less than .3% for stabilization)
Our sorbet is a frozen concoction of fruit juice and pulp, sugar and water. We add a little
bit of natural gum to help it stay resilient to temp stresses during transit. For food service
accounts, we pack our sorbet products in 2 ½ gallon boxes for efficient storage and stacking.
Sorbets are available to food service accounts in 2½ gallon tubs. Organic versions are also available, call us for details.
